Lisa Redding and Carol Koehler are Gottman-trained level 2, experienced professional counselors dedicated to identifying and supporting couples in restoring relational health from the inside out.
Whom we serve: We are experienced in working with couples going through challenges and want a better outcome, and we focus on building their relationships. Learning new skills to help communicate better and reduce frustration and conflict. We are experienced in working with marital issues.

Gottman Method Couples Therapy Level 2 training
The Gottman Method Couples Therapy training program consists of three levels: Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3. These levels provide increasing depth and complexity in learning the Gottman Method.
Here's a breakdown of each level:

Level 1: Bridging the Couple Chasm:
This introductory training focuses on the research and core assumptions of the Gottman Method, introducing basic interventions and assessments.

Level 2: Assessment, Intervention, and Co-Morbidities:
Level 2 builds upon Level 1 by exploring more advanced assessments, interventions, and how to address co-occurring issues like trauma, addiction, and infidelity within couples.

Level 3: Practicum Workshop in Gottman Couples Therapy:
This final practicum workshop provides hands-on experience in applying the Gottman Method, including role-plays and analysis of real couples' cases.
